At Functional Integrative Therapy, we believe Occupational Therapy is the bridge between clinical rehabilitation and the joy of daily living. We move beyond treating a diagnosis to focus on the person behind it, addressing the motor, sensory, and cognitive building blocks of independence. Whether you are seeking to master new milestones or reclaim your daily routine, our patient-centered care ensures that every breakthrough leads to a more engaged and fulfilling life.

Payment Options for Private Clients
We want to make the billing process as transparent as possible. FIT is an in-network provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas. For all other insurance plans, we are considered an Out-of-Network provider and accept private payments (including HSA/FSA). If you have a different provider, we can provide a Superbill upon request for you to submit for potential reimbursement. Because coverage varies by diagnosis and provider, we recommend contacting your insurance company to verify your out-of-network occupational therapy benefits.
Insurance policies often impose limitations on the duration and frequency of sessions, and coverage may cease even when support is still needed. FIT believes that therapy works best when it is flexible, focused, and free from outside interference. By operating primarily as a private-pay practice, we are able to provide a level of highly personalized care that traditional insurance models often restrict. We can offer longer sessions and more creative, goal-oriented treatment plans tailored specifically to your needs. This freedom allows us to move deeper into the work, often leading to faster, more sustainable results.
